Utilization of Public Facilities by Restaurant Entrepreneurs from the Perspective of Law No. 26 of 2007 Concerning Spatial Planning
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study examines the use of public facilities by restaurant operators that violates legal provisions. Using a normative approach through literature review, the results indicate that violations of public facility use can result in sanctions and enforcement actions by local governments. Restaurants now rely not only on taste, but also on attractive venues and services. Public facilities such as roads and lighting should be used for the benefit of the community, not commercial purposes. Law enforcement is needed to ensure that the use of public spaces remains compliant and does not harm the public interest.
