Abstract
This This study aims to analyze how public participation in drafting regional regulations reflects community aspirations based on Article 9 of Law No. 13 of 2022. This study was conducted using interview, observation, and documentation methods. Research results show that the development of regional regulations must be oriented towards effectiveness and efficiency, which have a direct impact on the community. Community involvement aims to obtain valuable input and perceptions to improve the quality of the resulting policies.
