Implementation of the e-Berpadu System for the Modernization of Administration at the Bojonegoro District Court in Realizing Good Governance in Indonesia

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of the Integrated Electronic Criminal Case File System (e-berpadu) at the Bojonegoro District Court, using the framework of the General Principles of Good Governance (AUPB). E-Berpadu is a digital innovation initiated by the Supreme Court of Indonesia to modernize the administration of criminal cases. This study employs an empirical juridical method with a qualitative approach, combining normative legal analysis with field observations and interviews at the Bojonegoro District Court. The findings reveal that the implementation of e-Berpadu generally aligns with the principles of good governance, particularly in terms of transparency, legal certainty, participation, accountability, prevention of abuse of power, and quality public service
